About your trainer

Roxana Moldoveanu

Roxana is a career strategist, mentor, and coach who helps ambitious international professionals build fulfilling careers in the Netherlands.

With over 13 years of experience leading supply chain departments in pharma, biotech, and IT, Roxana knows the Dutch workplace from the inside out.

But she also knows what it's like to navigate it as an expat: the culture shock, the pressure of being the only foreigner in the room, and the challenge of starting over in a new country.

After nearly 15 years in the Netherlands, Roxana has built a career and life she loves.

Through her coaching practice, she's helped countless internationals land jobs, thrive in Dutch work environments, and step into leadership roles.
